Our National Charity
OCU works throughout the UK and each year the Foundation chooses a charity that shares our national footprint. We will then seek to make a material difference to the chosen organisation, primarily through OCU volunteering and fundraising activity.
This year we are delighted to be supporting Teenage Cancer Trust
Our Communities
We know the value of the services we deliver to the communities we work in and we want our impact, through the OCU Foundation, to reach much further. We will listen to our OCU colleagues about the social impact they would like to see in their immediate locality and seek to support as many opportunities as possible.
Nominations for local Charities will run in January 2024 and announcements in February 2024.
Our Family
OCU highly values its team and recognises that there are times when extra support is needed. The OCU Foundation also provides for the OCU Family, where and when it’s really needed. A hardship fund exists to assist in the cases where it makes a material difference to the team member and their family. The fund allows colleagues to stand shoulder to shoulder when it really matters.
